Although the construction site is continually picked up and cleaned, the final cleaning is done to completly prepare the house for move-in.  Windows are washed, decks and garages are swept and kitchens, bathrooms and floors are all wiped clean. Small projects may be completed at this time but the house is virtually finished!

This phase takes a week or more.
